Just downloaded the mod about a half hour ago and waited in the market district however nothing happened.I extracted all files into the data folder and tried obmm any ideas?

I found the guy but the only topic he has is rumors.

Go up to Jude.

Press ~ to open the console.

Click on Jude so that his object ID appears at the top, and note the first two characters.

Click on Jude again so the Object ID disappears.

Type AddTopic.XX003500 Replace XX with the first two Characters from Jude's Object ID.

Press Enter

Press ~ to close the console.

Talk to Jude. You are looking for a topic that looks strange, it will be something like WFIQ01Start.

If that doesn't get you going let me know.
